RekenPRO is designed to support contractor onboarding, workforce access, company workforce requests, account management, and related construction workforce activities in Canada and the United States.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use RekenPRO and the features available to your account.
Account and Contact Information
- Name, username, email address, and phone number.
- Country, province, state, or other region information provided through your account.
- Account identifiers, authentication status, account status, and related account-management information.
Contractor Profile and Workforce Information
- Trade, specialty, years of experience, availability, preferred rate, qualifications, and other work-related profile information.
- Onboarding progress, verification status, queue status, and workforce access status.
- Information submitted in connection with contractor profiles, project access, or workforce opportunities.
Company and Workforce Request Information
- Company account and representative information.
- Workforce request details, project-related requirements, requested trades, staffing needs, and related status information.
- Project or worksite location information, such as addresses, postal codes, cities, provinces, states, or map search results submitted or selected by users.
RekenPRO does not currently collect real-time, background, or precise GPS location from your device.
Identity and Verification Information
- Profile photos or other images submitted during account creation or verification.
- Government-issued identification documents when required for account or identity verification.
- Trade licences, certifications, or other professional documents uploaded to RekenPRO.
- Verification results, review status, and related administrative records.
Biometric Processing
RekenPRO does not currently perform biometric processing or use biometric information for identity verification.
If biometric processing or biometric-enabled verification is introduced in the future, Reken Corporation will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or obtain any consents required by applicable law.
Communications and Support Information
- Messages and communications sent through RekenPRO where messaging features are available.
- Support requests, feedback, questions, and other communications sent to us.
Usage, Device, and Technical Information
- Sign-in activity, onboarding progress, dashboard activity, feature interactions, and other app or web usage information.
- Device type, operating system, app version, browser information, diagnostic information, crash information, and performance data.
- Push notification tokens and notification delivery information.
- Security and application integrity information used to protect accounts and backend services.
2. How We Use Information
- Create, authenticate, maintain, and manage user accounts.
- Process contractor onboarding and identity or document verification.
- Provide contractor queue, dashboard, messaging, profile, and workforce access features.
- Process company workforce requests and facilitate authorized interactions between platform users.
- Maintain account, onboarding, verification, and workforce request status information.
- Send account, verification, service, support, and operational notifications.
- Prevent fraud, investigate misuse, protect accounts, and maintain the security and integrity of the Services.
- Provide customer support and respond to privacy, account, or service requests.
- Understand how the Services are used, diagnose technical issues, improve reliability, and develop new or improved features.
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and record-keeping obligations.
3. Analytics and Diagnostics
RekenPRO uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the Services are used, monitor application performance, diagnose crashes and errors, and improve stability and user experience.
Depending on the platform and configuration, these services may process information such as app activity, device or app information, crash logs, performance information, and related technical identifiers.
We use this information for analytics, security, troubleshooting, and product improvement.
We do not use these services for third-party advertising. RekenPRO does not sell personal information and does not use the Services to display third-party advertising.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose or make personal information available in the following circumstances.
Service Providers
RekenPRO uses third-party service providers that support the operation, security, hosting, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, databases, file storage, communications, notifications, and related functions of the Services.
Current service providers may include Firebase and Amazon Web Services (AWS). These service providers may process personal information on behalf of Reken Corporation only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Services.
Authorized Platform Users
Where necessary to provide RekenPRO workforce functionality, certain contractor profile, qualification, verification, availability, queue, or workforce information may be made available to authorized company users or administrators.
Company workforce request information may also be processed and made available to authorized users as part of the platform workflow.
Legal, Safety, and Compliance
- Comply with applicable law or legal process.
- Respond to lawful requests.
- Investigate fraud or security incidents.
- Enforce our applicable terms and policies.
- Protect the rights, safety, and security of Reken Corporation, our users, or others.
Business Transactions
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
5. Web Technologies
The RekenPRO web application and website may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies as necessary for authentication, security, session management, user preferences, analytics, and core functionality.
You can control certain browser technologies through your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies or browser storage may affect the functionality or operation of the Services.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
These measures may include access controls, authentication measures, encrypted network transmission, security monitoring, application integrity controls, and restrictions on administrative access.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect personal information using safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Services, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the status of an account or workforce request, security and fraud-prevention needs, dispute-resolution requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
When personal information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it in accordance with our operational and legal requirements.
Certain information may remain for a limited period in backups or may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, record-keeping, or other purposes required or permitted by applicable law.
8. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their RekenPRO account and associated personal information through the Request Account Deletion functionality made available within RekenPRO.
Users may also request account deletion through our public account deletion page or by contacting us at support@rekenpro.com.
Deletion requests may be reviewed and processed manually by Reken Corporation. We must verify the identity of the person making the request using the original email address associated with the account before completing an account or data deletion request. If additional verification is needed, we may also verify through the phone number already associated with the account, by asking the requester to sign in again, or through another reasonable verification step.
After a deletion request is verified, RekenPRO may promptly lock or disable the account to prevent new activity while the account is scheduled for permanent deletion. Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 14 days. Account locking or deactivation is not treated as the final deletion step.
When a valid deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, record-keeping, or other purposes required or permitted by applicable law.
Any retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have rights relating to your personal information.

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions, limitations, or retention requirements.
You can also manage certain permissions, such as notification permissions, through your device or browser settings.
10. International and Cross-Border Processing
RekenPRO is intended to support users in Canada and the United States.
Personal information may be processed or stored in Canada, the United States, or other countries where Reken Corporation or its service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your home jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate measures in connection with the cross-border processing and transfer of personal information.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

RekenPRO may use third-party services to support the operation, security, hosting, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, communications, notifications, storage, and other functions of the Services. These services may include Firebase and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Third-party service providers may process personal information on behalf of Reken Corporation in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy practices.
The Services may also contain links to third-party websites or services. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and practices, which are independent of Reken Corporation and are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to RekenPRO, our data practices, legal requirements, or operational needs.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this Privacy Policy and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
