Admin Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 25, 2026. Last updated: August 26, 2026.

These Admin Terms & Conditions ("Admin Terms") apply to authorized administrators, operational users, support personnel, and other approved users who access admin-facing features, dashboards, review tools, operational records, or management functions within RekenPRO.

RekenPRO is operated by Reken Corporation ("Reken," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing admin-facing features of RekenPRO, you acknowledge and agree to these Admin Terms and any internal policies, role requirements, confidentiality obligations, or separate agreements that apply to your access.

1. Authorized Administrative Access

Admin access is restricted to users who have been expressly authorized by Reken or by an organization approved to use admin-facing features. You may use admin features only for legitimate operational, support, security, compliance, workflow management, or administrative purposes.

You must not access, view, modify, export, disclose, or use platform information unless it is reasonably necessary for your authorized role or task.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your admin credentials and any devices or systems used to access RekenPRO admin features.

You must not:

  • Share admin credentials or permit unauthorized access.
  • Use another person's admin account without authorization.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, role-based access, security, or application-integrity controls.
  • Access admin features from insecure systems or for unauthorized purposes.

If you believe admin credentials, systems, or platform information may have been compromised, you must notify RekenPRO Support or the appropriate Reken contact promptly.

3. Role-Based Permissions

Admin features may be limited by role, account status, environment, product stage, operational need, or other access controls. Access to one admin feature does not grant access to all admin features or all platform records.

Reken may grant, modify, suspend, restrict, or revoke admin access at any time where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, operational, support, product, or business reasons.

4. Platform Records and User Information

Admin users may have access to contractor, company, workforce request, verification, queue, message, notification, document, support, audit, or operational records. This information may include personal information, confidential business information, or sensitive verification materials.

You may use platform records only as permitted by RekenPRO, these Admin Terms, the RekenPRO Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any internal or separate agreement that applies to your access.

5. Confidentiality and Data Handling

You must protect platform records, user information, documents, credentials, internal tools, operational data, and other non-public information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, export, copying, or loss.

You must not:

  • Disclose contractor, company, or user information without authorization.
  • Copy, download, export, or retain platform data except as required for an authorized task.
  • Use platform information for personal purposes or outside approved RekenPRO workflows.
  • Sell, share, or transfer user information except where expressly authorized and lawful.

6. Administrative Actions and Audit Logs

Admin actions may be logged, monitored, reviewed, and audited for security, compliance, support, quality, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and operational purposes.

Administrative actions may include account review, status updates, queue management, workforce request review, document review, message handling, notification management, deletion staging, or other operational changes.

You are responsible for ensuring that administrative actions are accurate, authorized, and reasonably necessary for the applicable workflow.

7. Verification, Review, and Operational Decisions

Admin users may assist with contractor verification, company review, workforce request review, queue administration, support handling, or other operational decisions. These decisions must be made in good faith, based on available records, applicable requirements, and authorized RekenPRO workflows.

You must not make administrative decisions based on unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, retaliatory, or unauthorized criteria.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Misuse admin privileges or access information outside your authorized role.
  • Modify, delete, suppress, or falsify records without authorization.
  • Interfere with the security, availability, integrity, or operation of RekenPRO.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, test, or circumvent RekenPRO systems except where expressly authorized.
  • Use admin features to harass, discriminate, retaliate, or violate applicable law.
  • Introduce malicious code, unauthorized automation, or insecure integrations.

9. Support and Communications

RekenPRO may communicate with admin users regarding account status, access permissions, security notices, product changes, platform operations, support matters, compliance matters, or changes affecting admin use of RekenPRO.

Communications may be delivered through the admin platform, email, internal channels, support workflows, push notification, or other contact methods you have provided where permitted.

10. Account Suspension or Restriction

Reken may suspend, restrict, or discontinue admin access where reasonably necessary in connection with:

  • Security concerns or suspected compromise.
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of platform data.
  • Violation of applicable terms, policies, or agreements.
  • Inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized administrative actions.
  • Operational, support, compliance, legal, or business requirements.

11. Account Deletion

Admin users may request deletion of their RekenPRO user account through account deletion functionality made available within RekenPRO.

Admin users may also request account deletion through our public account deletion page or by contacting support@rekenpro.com or calling +1 (800) 839-4322.

Requests may be reviewed and processed manually by Reken Corporation. Reken must verify the requester's identity using the original email address associated with the account before completing a deletion request. Reken may also need to verify the requester's authority to act on behalf of the admin or organization account. If additional verification is needed, Reken may also verify through the phone number already associated with the account, by asking the requester to sign in again, or through another reasonable verification step.

Deleting an individual admin user account may not delete platform, company, contractor, workforce request, support, audit, security, compliance, or business records that are associated with RekenPRO and retained for operational, legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, record-keeping, or other purposes required or permitted by applicable law.

After a deletion request is verified, RekenPRO may promptly lock or disable the user account to prevent new activity while the account is scheduled for permanent deletion. Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 14 days. Account locking or deactivation is not treated as the final deletion step.

For additional information about personal information and data deletion, please review the RekenPRO Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy

Use of RekenPRO is also subject to the RekenPRO Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Reken Corporation collects, uses, discloses, stores, protects, and retains personal information.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of every RekenPRO admin feature.
