Company Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 25, 2026. Last updated: August 26, 2026.

These Company Terms & Conditions ("Company Terms") apply to companies, business customers, representatives, administrators, and other authorized users who create a company account, access company portal features, submit workforce requests, manage project information, or otherwise use company-facing features of RekenPRO.

RekenPRO is operated by Reken Corporation ("Reken," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating a company account, submitting company or workforce information, accessing the company portal, or otherwise using company-facing features of RekenPRO, you acknowledge and agree to these Company Terms.

1. RekenPRO Company Platform

RekenPRO is a construction workforce platform designed to support company onboarding, workforce requests, project and worksite information, contractor coordination, document workflows, communications, and related administrative tools.

Use of RekenPRO does not by itself guarantee that contractors, workers, staffing resources, project support, or workforce fulfillment will be available for any particular request.

2. Company Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are authorized to create, access, or manage a company account and to submit information on behalf of the company or organization you identify in RekenPRO.

You are responsible for ensuring that company account information, representative details, project information, workforce requests, and related submissions are complete, current, and accurate.

Reken may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify company identity, representative authority, eligibility, project details, account information, or workforce request information.

3. Account Registration and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for managing access by company users under your organization.

You must not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent account information.
  • Use another person's identity or account without authorization.
  • Share credentials in a way that compromises account security.
  • Permit unauthorized users to access restricted company portal features.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, verification, security, or application-integrity controls.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your company account to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact RekenPRO Support promptly.

4. Company Profile and Verification

RekenPRO may require company users to provide or confirm business, representative, contact, or verification information as part of onboarding or continued access to company portal features.

Verification may include review of:

  • Company name, business details, and contact information.
  • Representative name, role, and contact information.
  • Project, worksite, or workforce request details.
  • Supporting documents or information reasonably required for review.

Completion of a verification step does not guarantee continued platform access, workforce fulfillment, contractor availability, project acceptance, or any specific business outcome.

Verification status may be reviewed, changed, suspended, or withdrawn where information is incomplete, inaccurate, expired, inconsistent, or otherwise does not satisfy applicable requirements.

5. Workforce Requests

Company users may submit workforce requests through RekenPRO. A workforce request may include project details, worksite information, requested trades, staffing needs, schedule expectations, qualifications, documents, and other information relevant to the request.

You are responsible for ensuring that each workforce request is accurate, lawful, current, and reasonably complete. You must not submit requests that contain false, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe, unlawful, or unauthorized information.

Reken may review, decline, pause, modify, or request clarification for workforce requests based on eligibility, operational capacity, contractor availability, project requirements, safety, compliance, or other platform considerations.

6. No Guarantee of Fulfillment

Submission, approval, display, review, or acceptance of a workforce request does not guarantee contractor availability, workforce fulfillment, minimum staffing, start date, project completion, performance, pricing, or any particular business result.

Availability of workforce support may vary based on location, trade, qualifications, project requirements, contractor availability, workforce demand, eligibility, verification status, and other relevant factors.

7. Project, Worksite, and Safety Responsibilities

Company users are responsible for providing accurate project, worksite, access, schedule, safety, and job requirement information where relevant to a workforce request or assignment.

You are responsible for complying with applicable workplace, employment, health and safety, site access, licensing, insurance, privacy, and other legal or contractual obligations that apply to your company, projects, worksites, or workforce requests.

RekenPRO does not replace your responsibility to maintain safe and lawful worksites, supervise applicable project conditions, or comply with obligations that apply to your business.

8. Payments, Fees, and Commercial Terms

Certain company features, workforce requests, assignments, or services may be subject to separate payment terms, pricing, invoices, order forms, assignment terms, statements of work, or other written agreements.

If separate commercial terms apply, those terms will control the applicable payment, invoicing, refund, cancellation, tax, or service conditions for the relevant request, assignment, or service.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, use of RekenPRO does not guarantee a fixed price, staffing level, schedule, or workforce outcome.

9. Company Responsibilities

When using RekenPRO, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current company, representative, project, and workforce request information.
  • Maintain valid contact information for authorized representatives.
  • Use RekenPRO only for legitimate business and workforce purposes.
  • Respect the rights, security, confidentiality, and privacy of contractors and other users.
  • Comply with applicable workplace, safety, employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, and business laws.
  • Respond truthfully and promptly to verification, support, or operational requests.
  • Avoid fraudulent, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe, or unauthorized activity.

You must not attempt to interfere with, damage, misuse, reverse engineer, improperly access, scrape, or circumvent the security or operation of RekenPRO.

10. Contractor and User Information

Company users may receive or access certain contractor profile, qualification, verification, availability, queue, message, or workforce information only where authorized through RekenPRO.

You may use contractor and user information only for legitimate workforce, project, verification, communication, support, compliance, or administrative purposes related to your authorized use of RekenPRO.

You must not copy, disclose, sell, misuse, or retain contractor or user information except as permitted by RekenPRO, applicable law, and any separate agreement that applies to your organization.

11. Communications

RekenPRO may communicate with you regarding:

  • Account status.
  • Company profile or representative verification.
  • Workforce request status.
  • Contractor coordination or assignment-related information.
  • Support matters.
  • Security matters.
  • Platform notices.
  • Changes affecting your use of RekenPRO.

Communications may be delivered through the web platform, email, push notification, or other contact methods you have provided where permitted. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

12. Support

For questions or support relating to RekenPRO, company users may use the Help / Support features made available through the platform or contact support@rekenpro.com or call +1 (800) 839-4322.

Additional support contact information may be displayed within RekenPRO.

13. Account Suspension or Restriction

Reken may suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to company features where reasonably necessary in connection with:

  • Fraud or suspected fraud.
  • Security concerns.
  • Misuse of the platform.
  • Inaccurate or misleading information.
  • Failure to meet eligibility or verification requirements.
  • Unsafe, discriminatory, unlawful, or unauthorized workforce requests.
  • Violation of applicable terms or separate agreements.
  • Operational, safety, payment, or compliance requirements.

Where appropriate, account, request, or access status may be reviewed by Reken administrators.

14. Account Deletion

Company users may request deletion of their RekenPRO user account through account deletion functionality made available within RekenPRO.

Company users may also request account deletion through our public account deletion page or by contacting support@rekenpro.com.

Requests may be reviewed and processed manually by Reken Corporation. Reken must verify the requester's identity using the original email address associated with the account before completing a deletion request. Reken may also need to verify the requester's authority to act on behalf of the company account. If additional verification is needed, Reken may also verify through the phone number already associated with the account, by asking the requester to sign in again, or through another reasonable verification step.

Deleting an individual company user account may not delete company, project, workforce request, billing, assignment, audit, or business records that are associated with the company account and retained for operational, legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, record-keeping, or other purposes required or permitted by applicable law.

After a deletion request is verified, RekenPRO may promptly lock or disable the user account to prevent new activity while the account is scheduled for permanent deletion. Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 14 days. Account locking or deactivation is not treated as the final deletion step.

For additional information about personal information and data deletion, please review the RekenPRO Privacy Policy.

15. Privacy

Use of RekenPRO is also subject to the RekenPRO Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Reken Corporation collects, uses, discloses, stores, protects, and retains personal information.
