Contractor Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 25, 2026. Last updated: August 26, 2026.

These Contractor Terms & Conditions ("Contractor Terms") apply to contractors who create an account, complete onboarding, join the RekenPRO Queue, access contractor features, or participate in workforce opportunities through RekenPRO.

RekenPRO is operated by Reken Corporation ("Reken," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating a contractor account, submitting information through RekenPRO, joining the RekenPRO Queue, completing verification, or otherwise using contractor features of the platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Contractor Terms.

1. RekenPRO Contractor Platform

RekenPRO is a construction workforce platform designed to support contractor onboarding, identity and document verification, workforce queue access, contractor account management, communication, and access to potential construction workforce opportunities.

Use of RekenPRO does not by itself create a right to receive a project, workforce assignment, employment opportunity, or other engagement.

2. Contractor Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to RekenPRO is complete, current, and accurate.

Depending on the features available to your account, you may be asked to provide information including:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • Trade or specialty.
  • Years of experience.
  • Availability.
  • Preferred rate.
  • Qualifications.
  • Professional licences or certifications.
  • Identity verification information.
  • Other information reasonably required for onboarding or workforce access.

Reken may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, qualifications, identity, or account information.

Providing information or documentation does not guarantee approval or access to a workforce opportunity.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You must not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent account information.
  • Use another person's identity or account without authorization.
  • Share your account in a manner that compromises account security.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, verification, security, or application-integrity controls.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact RekenPRO Support promptly.

4. Identity and Document Verification

RekenPRO may require contractors to complete identity, licence, certification, or document verification as part of onboarding or continued access to platform features.

Verification may include review of:

  • Government-issued identification.
  • Trade licences.
  • Certifications.
  • Profile or verification images.
  • Other supporting documentation.

Completion of a verification step does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance by RekenPRO.
  • Continued platform access.
  • Project placement.
  • Workforce assignment.
  • Employment.
  • Affiliation with Reken Corporation or another organization.

Verification status may be reviewed, changed, suspended, or withdrawn where information is incomplete, inaccurate, expired, inconsistent, or otherwise does not satisfy applicable requirements.

5. RekenPRO Queue

Eligible contractors may be permitted to join the RekenPRO Queue. A position in the Queue is an administrative workforce-access status and does not constitute a promise or guarantee of:

  • Acceptance.
  • Employment.
  • Project placement.
  • Assignment.
  • Work availability.
  • Minimum hours.
  • Minimum earnings.
  • Priority access to a particular project.

Queue position, availability, status, and access may depend on factors including verification, eligibility, trade requirements, contractor availability, workforce demand, project requirements, performance requirements, administrative review, and other operational considerations.

Reken may manage, update, suspend, reorder, or otherwise administer the Queue in accordance with platform and workforce requirements.

6. Workforce Opportunities

RekenPRO may provide information about or access to construction workforce opportunities. Availability of opportunities may vary based on location, trade, qualifications, project requirements, workforce demand, eligibility, verification status, and other relevant factors.

An opportunity displayed, communicated, or made available through RekenPRO does not itself constitute a guaranteed assignment or employment offer.

Additional requirements or terms may apply to a specific workforce assignment. Where separate assignment terms, project conditions, payment conditions, or other agreements apply, those requirements must also be satisfied.

7. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Placement

Joining RekenPRO, completing onboarding, submitting documents, completing verification, joining the Queue, or maintaining an active account does not guarantee acceptance, affiliation, employment, project placement, assignment, or access to workforce opportunities.

Reken may decline or discontinue access to opportunities where applicable eligibility, verification, availability, performance, conduct, project, or platform requirements are not satisfied.

8. Guaranteed Payments

References to "Guaranteed Payments" do not mean that every RekenPRO user, Queue member, verified contractor, or registered contractor is guaranteed payment, work, earnings, or an assignment.

"Guaranteed Payments" applies only to eligible workforce assignments that:

  • Have been accepted in accordance with the applicable process.
  • Have been completed in accordance with applicable assignment requirements.
  • Meet the applicable RekenPRO terms.
  • Meet any applicable payment conditions.

The existence of a RekenPRO account, verification status, Queue position, or access to an opportunity does not itself create a payment entitlement.

Any payment-related rights or conditions associated with an eligible workforce assignment are subject to the terms applicable to that assignment.

9. Required Contractor Acknowledgment

As part of the signup or Queue completion process, contractors may be required to acknowledge the following:

I understand and acknowledge that joining the RekenPRO Queue or completing verification does not guarantee acceptance, affiliation, employment, project placement, or access to a workforce assignment. Access to workforce opportunities is subject to verification, eligibility, availability, acceptance, and performance requirements. RekenPRO may decline or discontinue access to opportunities in accordance with its terms. "Guaranteed Payments" applies only to eligible workforce assignments that are accepted and completed in accordance with the applicable RekenPRO terms and payment conditions.

You may be required to actively confirm this acknowledgment before completing the applicable onboarding or Queue process.

10. Contractor Responsibilities

When using RekenPRO, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Maintain valid contact information.
  • Keep required licences, certifications, and qualifications current where applicable.
  • Respond truthfully to verification or eligibility requests.
  • Use the platform only for legitimate purposes.
  • Follow applicable project, workforce, safety, and conduct requirements where relevant.
  • Avoid fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized activity.
  • Respect the rights, security, and privacy of other users.

You must not attempt to interfere with, damage, misuse, reverse engineer, improperly access, or circumvent the security or operation of RekenPRO.

11. Communications

RekenPRO may communicate with you regarding:

  • Account status.
  • Identity or document verification.
  • Queue status.
  • Workforce opportunities.
  • Support matters.
  • Security matters.
  • Platform notices.
  • Changes affecting your use of RekenPRO.

Communications may be delivered through the app, web platform, email, push notification, or other contact methods you have provided where permitted. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

12. Support

For questions or support relating to RekenPRO, contractors may use the Help / Support features made available through the platform or contact support@rekenpro.com or call +1 (800) 839-4322.

Additional support contact information may be displayed within RekenPRO.

13. Account Suspension or Restriction

Reken may suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to contractor features where reasonably necessary in connection with:

  • Fraud or suspected fraud.
  • Security concerns.
  • Misuse of the platform.
  • Inaccurate or misleading information.
  • Failed or expired verification.
  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements.
  • Violation of applicable terms.
  • Operational, safety, or compliance requirements.

Where appropriate, account or access status may be reviewed by Reken administrators.

14. Account Deletion

Contractors may request deletion of their RekenPRO account through the Request Account Deletion functionality provided within the platform.

Contractors may also request account deletion through our public account deletion page or by contacting support@rekenpro.com.

Requests may be reviewed and processed manually by Reken Corporation. Reken must verify the requester's identity using the original email address associated with the account before completing a deletion request. If additional verification is needed, Reken may also verify through the phone number already associated with the account, by asking the requester to sign in again, or through another reasonable verification step.

After a deletion request is verified, RekenPRO may promptly lock or disable the account to prevent new activity while the account is scheduled for permanent deletion. Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 14 days. Account locking or deactivation is not treated as the final deletion step.

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, record-keeping, or other purposes required or permitted by applicable law.

For additional information about personal information and data deletion, please review the RekenPRO Privacy Policy.

15. Privacy

Use of RekenPRO is also subject to the RekenPRO Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Reken Corporation collects, uses, discloses, stores, protects, and retains personal information.

For privacy-related inquiries, contact support@rekenpro.com.

16. Availability of the Platform

Reken may update, maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue particular RekenPRO features from time to time.

Availability of particular features may differ depending on:

  • Account type.
  • Verification status.
  • Location.
  • Platform.
  • Product stage.
  • Operational requirements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of every RekenPRO feature.

17. Changes to These Contractor Terms

Reken may update these Contractor Terms from time to time to reflect changes to RekenPRO functionality, workforce processes, operational requirements, payment-related features or conditions, or legal or compliance requirements.

When these Contractor Terms are updated, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Where required, additional notice or acknowledgment may be provided through RekenPRO.

Continued use of RekenPRO after updated terms become effective may be subject to the updated Contractor Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
